How Oklahoma tax sales work

Oklahoma has no investor lien: the county (or another government office) sells the property itself, and the buyer generally takes title once the sale is final, subject to the state's rules on confirmation and any remaining redemption rights.

How the auction is won: Highest bid, min 2/3 of assessed value. Redemption period: Until the resale auction starts.
